Ben Haddock, PA-C

Benjamin Haddock, PA-C, is a local to North Carolina, where he grew up on the coast in Wilmington, NC. Ben graduated with his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies(MSPAS) in 2020 from Lenoir-Rhyne University. Prior to PA school, Ben received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Following his graduation in 2014 he relocated to Hickory, NC where he worked for the Sports Medicine Department at Catawba Valley Medical Center until accepting his position with DOC.
Ben joined the DOC team in 2020 where he works under Dr. Ghassan Boghosian. Dr. Boghosian is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon focusing primarily on total knee and total hip joint replacement. Ben enthusiastically accepted the position with no reservations following his interview with the DOC team. Ben states, it was a tough decision to leave the east coast initially but, following my interview I recognized it was truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to join such a great team and surgeon.
Ben is a board certified Physician Assistant and Athletic Trainer, as well as PALS, ACLS and BLS certified.
Ben enjoys staying active and spends his free time exercising and playing numerous sports. He is an avid golfer and spent much of his childhood on the golf course with his father who is a certified PGA instructor.
